Whether it’s a firefighter, a surgeon, or a musician, don’t you want the best candidate to get the job?

James Zimmermann proved he was the best performer for a first chair position in the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra. In fact, he won MULTIPLE rounds of a blind audition and was told that he’d be hired.

Years earlier, as an outspoken conservative, James was labeled “not DEI enough” at another symphony and pushed out by the woke mob. Knoxville used that cancellation to ignore their own audition results and hire someone who checks the boxes.

Now, with legal support from the Coolidge Reagan Foundation, James is fighting back. Not just for himself, but for every single American who believes that jobs should go to the most qualified people, not the most “diverse” and politically correct.

Hold publicly funded institutions accountable
Protect a standard that benefits everyone
Ensure that merit still means something in America
